A manager confirms the deal details and sends payment details or arranges a meeting.

Rate lock
The rate is locked for 30 minutes from request confirmation.

Sending funds
You transfer currency or crypto, or we send a courier to you.

Confirming receipt
We confirm the funds have arrived and prepare the amount for handover.

Meeting or delivery
A courier brings the cash to your address, or you collect it at the office.

Handover and confirmation
You count the amount on the spot and confirm the deal is complete.
Rate-lock policy
The rate shown in the calculator is locked for 30 minutes from the moment a manager confirms your request. If the deal isn't completed within that window, we recalculate at the current rate - we'll warn you first if the difference is significant.
Working hours and SLA
We accept and process requests 24/7. We typically reply within 15 minutes; delivery takes 1 to 6 hours depending on the city. Overnight and on holidays it can take a little longer since fewer couriers are on shift.
Reserves and how they're confirmed
We keep a cash and crypto reserve in every city we operate in, sized for peak demand. For deals of $100,000 or the equivalent and above, we can provide proof of funds before the deal starts - ask your manager.
Disputes and refunds policy
If the amount at the meeting doesn't match the request, the deal is paused until the discrepancy is resolved - no money changes hands until both sides agree. Cancelling before funds change hands is free. We review complaints about completed deals within 3 business days.
