We take the mid-market rate and add a small fixed margin, which is already baked into the rate shown in the calculator. No extra percentages appear when you meet the courier.

No problem - you can cancel the deal free of charge any time before the money changes hands. Just message us on Telegram or decline the meeting with the courier.

Yes, limits are set per currency and shown right in the calculator next to the amount field. For deals above $25,000 or the equivalent, the courier fee is waived.

Over 30 world currencies - from the US dollar and euro to less common ones like the Chilean peso or Hungarian forint. The full list with limits is in the calculator on the homepage.

Any supported currency of your choice - set it in the "You receive" field in the calculator. If that currency isn't in stock in your city same-day, your manager will suggest the nearest date or an alternative.

Yes - for amounts above the calculator's standard maximum, contact a manager on Telegram. We'll arrange individual terms and, if needed, split the handover into several parts.

Yes, as long as the deal completes within 30 minutes of request confirmation. The courier fee, if any, is already factored into the amount you'll receive.

We only hand over banknotes in good condition that banks accept. If something doesn't look right when you count it, the courier will swap it on the spot - the deal isn't final until you confirm you're satisfied.

Yes - the calculator lets you pick any currency pair directly, e.g. euros to dollars. No intermediate currency is involved in the calculation.

USDT (on the TRC-20 and ERC-20 networks), TRX, BTC and ETH - you can exchange crypto for crypto, or crypto for cash and back.

It's the same USDT asset on different blockchains. TRC-20 (TRON network) has a fee of about 1 USDT and confirms in 1–3 minutes. ERC-20 (Ethereum network) costs more, 5–15 USDT, and can take up to 15 minutes. Check with the recipient which network they need.

Unfortunately a transfer sent on the wrong network usually can't be reversed. Always double-check the network before sending - the details in your request specify the exact address and network.

It depends on the network: TRC-20 and TRX confirm in 1–3 minutes, ERC-20 in 3–15 minutes, BTC usually in 10–40 minutes (1–3 network confirmations), and ETH in a few minutes.

Yes - for example BTC to USDT or ETH to TRX. Pick the pair you need right in the calculator on the homepage.

A flat $5 or 1.2% of the deal amount, whichever is greater. Delivery is free for deals of $25,000 or the equivalent and above.

On average 1 to 6 hours depending on the city - the exact window shows in the calculator once you pick a city. Overnight it can take a bit longer.

Yes - mention your preferred window in the comment when submitting a request, and a manager will coordinate the nearest matching slot with a courier.

The courier will wait up to 15 minutes and try to reach you. If a meeting falls through on your side several times in a row, we may ask for a small deposit on your next request.

No - verification applies to your account. If your details haven't changed and your tier covers the new amount, you don't need to verify again.

A tier for companies and sole proprietors - besides the representative's documents, you'll need the company's registration documents. It unlocks the highest deal limits.

Documents are stored encrypted for the period required by anti-money-laundering regulations and are never shared with third parties except where the law requires it.

Yes - every courier passes a background check, and each deal is confirmed with a unique code known only to you and the courier. We recommend meeting in public places.

Data is transmitted over an encrypted connection, stored for a limited period, and only accessible to staff handling your request. We never sell or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.

The courier states your deal code and, if needed, shows ID. If the code doesn't match or something feels off, don't hand over any money - message us on Telegram right away.

We never do this. All payment details are confirmed only in writing by our official account - if something looks like a scam, stop the conversation and report it to us.

Yes, couriers are financially liable for the amounts they carry - this is discussed at the interview, and a maximum comfortable amount is set for each courier's routes.

Yes, we offer evening and weekend shifts - specify your preferred schedule in the application and we'll match you with suitable routes.

Notify the coordinator through the app as early as possible - we'll let the client know about the delay. Frequent unannounced lateness can affect how routes are assigned to you.
